I am passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. People who get up every day, with such enthusiasm and energy, are perfect for training with Sandybell Fitness. Many people ask me how I do keep the positive energy that radiates, connects and transmits happiness. My answer is simple, Love what you do, chose a job you love, and your never will work a day in your life. I enjoy making people happy and helping them reach their goals. I always do my best to be a positive example.

The key is consistency, changing your habits; the way you eat and train your body. Nutrition and diet are key components to maintaining a person’s health, appearance, energy & athletic performance. It also has a great effect on one’s response to exercise overall. Achieving a balanced lifestyle should also be part of your motivation. If you are not motivated or balanced in life, no matter what you do you will not see results. An exercise routine should be part of your day, just like brushing your teeth, taking a shower, going to school or going to work.

The food choices you make each day affect your health and mood in many ways. Good nutrition is an important element of leading a healthy lifestyle. It is also most often overlooked. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight. It can reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote long-term vitality. I could say that nutrition and exercise will always go hand in hand. The best way to stay healthy is to eat healthy; and a good diet combined with regular exercise can prolong your life. This approach gives you more energy, makes you feel and perform better.

Some diseases can be prevented with a “culture of prevention” through good health habits from childhood to old age, this is how can we maintain a better quality of life to increase our productive years. Soon I’ll be offering some routines that can be done from the comfort of your home. Stay tuned…

On August 28, 2012, Revista Siete published a feature about the launch of this website! They called me “one of Panama’s most outstanding figures in the world of bellydance” and also talked about my expertise as a fitness instructor. The article is reproduced below, or you can see it here.
